Needing to have a mix of melee and casters isn't a violation of "Bring the player." Many of our encounters are designed to discourage you to stack the raid too far in one direction or the other.I realize for some players "Bring the player" means that their raid of 20 rogues and 5 DKs should be completely viable. That isn't our intent though.That mantra got launched because we didn't want raid leaders to have to sit good players in order to build an inflexible list of raid buffs and debuffs necessary to succeed. If you looked at a roster for Sunwell, nearly every raid looked pretty similar, maybe with 1 or 2 class differences.
In Icecrown, the raid comps are enormously different. That doesn't mean class is irrelevant. The tool basis its estimates (and they're only estimates based on recent groups formed) on wow gold role. We're adding more smartiness to have it take a look at average wait by class too.It also needs to distinguish better between groups waiting to backfill (because someone bailed at the ready check part) and new players to the system.It's debatable whether some of these Dungeon Finder questions are appropriate for the role forums. We often lock or move threads on say the Arena matchmaking algorithm.
I would say if you want to post about Dungeon Finder (or any feature really), try and make sure your post has a lot to do with classes, or else there is probably a better forum for you to use. It will still get read. After discussing this issue, the solution we are leaning towards is to add Shadow Bolt to the list of spells that Everlasting Affliction allows to refresh Corruption. It's a fairly wow gold safe change (in terms of not breaking anything), more or less keeps Affliction using the same spells, but lets you invest in the Glyph of Quick Decay.This is not a promise. Until you see an announcement that this change is going live, understand that we may actually end up going a different way. It's almost unprecedented to see a thread go 26 pages and have 80 to 90% of the posts actually stick to the topic. While I'm not sure the thread needed to go quite this long, it's still a pretty nice feat for an Internet forum. I think these forums can only benefit from having more bgjndrqzpxqa threads like this in the wow gold future. As a tank, I need to learn how to harden myself against the criticism from others (or else learn to live with the nervous tic that I am convinced is developing). That has been the biggest obstacle to overcoming my tanking anxiety.How do you prevent anxiety about a new role from taking over your chance to give it a try?
Hopefully they won't all require such harsh enforcement to keep in line.UPDATE: We are going to hotfix this soon, hopefully Dec 14 or 15. The tooltip may not mention Shadow Bolt as soon as the change goes in, because tooltips are harder to hotfix.

The change will double the value of resilience in reducing damage done by players. So depending on their current amount of resilience, characters might experience a 10 to 20% decrease in damage taken from other players. The critical strike chance and critical strike damage reduction components of resilience will remain unaffected by this change.There was an issue on some realms that allowed rated arena matches to continue after maintenance completed today.
We have identified these issues and ended the season on the affected realms.The arena season ended when maintenance began and the appropriate snapshot to decide the season's rewards was taken at that time. Any of the rated matches that took place after wow power leveling maintenance will not be counted for last season's rewards.The limited attempts applies only to the following bosses: Professor Putricide, Blood Queen Lana'thel, Sindragosa, and the Lich King.The limited attempts are shared between these bosses, so if there are 15 attempts total and your group wipes 5 times on Professor Putricide, you will only have 10 attempts for the remaining encounters.
The limited attempts has increased this week to 15 and will increase to 20 when the Frostwing Hall opens and more will be added in the weeks following that. We are also aware of the possibility that this change will make healing in PvP too difficult to counter. While we are not making any immediate changes to address this issue, we have prepared some further changes that will allow us to quickly deploy a PvP-only healing wow power leveling adjustment if we feel it is warranted.We will be applying this change very soon while we are between Arena seasons so we can evaluate how it works in multiple PvP scenarios for the upcoming Arena season, and as we continue to prepare for Cataclysm.
As we have mentioned previously, one of the goals for Cataclysm is to have a PvP environment where it is harder to regularly achieve so much damage and healing in relatively few bgjndrqzpxqa global cooldowns compared to what we currently have in the game.Never mind that this tactic usually makes holding hate really difficult! We wiped, the healer left, the warlock and the hunter told me I was the worst tank ever, and I literally cried.I've ran quite a few instances since then, some successful, some not. Now that I am a new level 80, I am on that perpetual quest to get lots of badges and upgrade my gear but I'm still suffering from tanking anxiety.
Another Cataclysm mini-reminder today! The expansion adds more race/classes combinations to the game and will let you play a Gnome Priest, a Dwarf Shaman, or even a Troll Druid! See the two tables below for a complete list of the combinations. Really hope it would be useful to you and good luck!

You can export your character information and calendar events to other websites and applications using the Armory's new customization tools. These features can be accessed through a logged-in character profile or through the Armory's main navigation menu.We are currently planning to end Arena Season 7 as early as January 19. At that point we will go through our normal process to determine who is eligible for the end-of-season rewards.
This process should take approximately one week. It's very important for players who feel that they may be eligible for the arena-specific titles and/or Relentless wow power leveling Gladiator's Frostwyrm to refrain from transferring their character to another realm until after Arena Season 7 ends.The following Arena Season will not begin for at least one week after the current season ends. During this time between seasons, all rated matches will be turned off and only skirmishes will be available. When Arena Season 8 begins, all team ratings, personal rating, and arena points will be wiped, but matchmaking rating and honor points will remain.

I didn't get my first ram until level 45, as I couldn't afford it. I didn't get my epic ram until level 65 because I couldn't afford it. I was four months into level 70 before getting flying because, yup, couldn't afford it. The joke "When I was your level, I ran everywhere, uphill, both ways, in snow, barefoot ..." is semiserious.
These include achievements, boss kills, item acquisitions, and more. Character feeds can be customized using our customization wow power leveling tool, then exported as RSS feeds to your RSS reader of choice. Refer to the Character Feed FAQ for more details. We currently understand that plate dps classes are picking up leather and/or mail items as some of them currently work better for their class/spec. This post is a reminder of what we mentioned at BlizzCon 2009. In Cataclysm, plate items will have Strength on them while mail and leather will have Agility and the difference between these items will be greater than they are now. We don't want anyone who is investing in certain items right now to be disappointed with them when the changes take effect. As we have done in previous expansions, we plan to release a patch that updates the game systems shortly before the full expansion content goes live so you will still be experiencing Wrath of the Lich King content with the new stat systems for at least a short period of time.
All classes will be changing a lot in Cataclysm and we will announce all of the changes in advance to try and prevent players from being taken by surprise. In the mean time, please make your item selections with both current and future content in mind. I wanted to address some of the points that have been wow gold brought up in this thread so far. The original post was directed at the plate wearers because a mail-based class who is wearing leather going into Cataclysm won't be at the same disadvantage as a plate-based class who is wearing leather or mail will be.
For an enhancement shaman or hunter, the mail will lose its Intellect, but the physical dps mail and leather will both have Agility that enhancement shaman and hunters want. However, we are also going to offer a small additional incentive for characters to wear "their" armor so it will encourage shaman and hunters to wear mail over leather, balance druids to want leather over cloth, holy wow gold paladins to prefer plate, etc. We realize everyone will have lots of questions about what will happen to their gear, and we will eventually share all of that with you. We just wanted to post this reminder for plate wearers who are currently after leather and/or mail items to let them they will really not want it when we convert to the next expansion.
Part of the Cataclysm re-itemization will be to change all of the old (pre-Wrath of the Lich King) items, which will include doing things like actually having low level balance druid leather or holy paladin plate.If you are focused on Icecrown progression right now, as you probably should be, then pick whatever gear makes the most sense for your character. All we wanted to point out is that once we get closer to bgjndrqzpxqa Cataclysm, all of your gear is going to change. In most cases, a good piece will still be good for you. In the dps warrior, paladin and DK case, the now +Agility leather and mail you might be wearing will be bad for you. My daughter was in the beta, actually, and telling me that I needed to get into this game before it "expanded," whatever that meant. So I made my character and started to run everywhere.
If you plan to keep raiding after the conversion, that might be a problem. If you planned to use your Icecrown gear to help you level in Cataclysm, that might be a problem. It's just a public service announcement for players who might not be familiar with the Catalcysm stats plan. Really hope it would be useful to you and good luck!
